通过电子邮件发送仪表板-手动和自动工作流程

我的想法是创建一个功能，可以通过电子邮件从Smartsheet中发送仪表板快照，无论是手动还是通过自动工作流程。理想情况下使用HTML格式，以便仪表板中的任何链接都是电子邮件中的链接。

智能表仪表板非常棒，我们在项目团队和领导层中大量使用它们。然而，我经常从多家公司的领导那里收到同样的要求。“仪表板能以每周状态报告的形式通过电子邮件发送给我吗?”

虽然发布功能对于想要与数据交互的人很有用，但大多数领导者希望以一种他们可以查看并立即采取行动的方式呈现信息。必须打开浏览器或链接，登录(id和密码)，2FA批准/输入，然后选择另一个或两个链接对每个人来说都是乏味的，但对于高管或领导许多项目或计划的人来说，这是浪费时间。

因此，许多领导者要求他们的项目经理创建每周状态报告，其中大部分包含他们设计的仪表板中的信息。

在Smartsheet中以自动化的方式完成这项工作可以为项目经理节省大量的时间，因为手动状态报告可以自动化，并且可以通过将信息放在他们每天经常使用的位置(他们的收件箱)来提高执行效率。
