I have employees that try to start filling out their form as they work their 8-hour shift throughout before submitting. It seems that there are times that they leave for a while, and it automatically shuts down without saving their information that they currently had in there.

I heard that there is not a way to save the information before clicking on submit to be added to the spreadsheet. Is this something that maybe can be done in the future?

Ability to disable user license request functions within the Enterprise Admin Console so unlicensed users cannot request licenses through the Smartsheet dashboard.

I love Work Insights and it would be great if selected Insights could be added to a dashboard.

A few things that would improve Report Summary and Grouping:

1. Ability to format the summary data (IE into $ format)
2. Grouping by contact column
3. Pull summary data as a metric into a Dashboard

I would love to see rich text formatting be available in cells on a sheet. We have several reports where we rely on certain words in a cell to be a different color than the other words in a cell (quickly showing variable options or redlining changed content if only a word or two has been altered). Currently, we are only able to house these items in Excel. It would be a game changer to be able to move this data into Smartsheet.

Modestly, I create beautiful dashboards and the team likes it. It helped a lot to spread Smartsheet within our company. But it is still very limited in terms of design possibilities. The visual aspect is very important for engagement and there is no way to compare it with other dashboard apps that we have on the market, much more visually interesting. Someone always asks me to make a dashboard like the one he already has in Power BI, for example. It's frustrating for the user when I reply that there's no way, in Smartsheet. I'm a huge fan of Smartsheet and I'm sure this would drive general acceptance. It is necessary to allow figures for drawings; create frames on elements; configure the background with more than white or gray (but including images); overlay elements and create extra effects; more types of graphics; gauges; and other frame types for metrics.

I really miss allowing the user to actively filter information from their dashboard view. I wish I could have a filter button that could be positioned on the dashboard. Then the user could choose to see the data of a period or a project, for example.

Would it be possible to reduce or even hide the panel showing who is shared to a Workspace? I'd like to see the names of the content within the workspace far more than who the Workspace is shared to. If the Workspace Shared to section could be minimized, that would be ideal.
