保罗新来的 ✭✭✭✭✭✭无论如何，我个人都会尽力做到最好，但当我有创作自由时，我肯定会更成功。更轻松的环境和对新想法更开放的环境似乎要好得多(员工也更快乐)。如果新的想法可以来自任何职位、角色等的任何人，它会促进一个更合作的环境，甚至帮助人们找到他们在公司中的最佳角色。
