Remove BLANK in PIVOT TABLE
How to remove BLANK values in Pivot sheet. The source sheet is having a default rows, but I am maintaining limited rows and rest of the blank rows are reflecting in Pivot sheet. How do I remove ?

Genevieve P. Employee AdminYou canhidethe column in your destination Pivot sheet or create a Report from this sheet that filters out both the row and the column.

Hiding columns will only remove some blanks. There doesn't seem to be a good way to remove them from the rows. A report will do that, but it will not keep indents...

Noted, i observed this Pivot tool is not efficient as conventional pivots in excel. I used REPORT to sum-up these fields.

When you are setting up your mapping, you can drag and drop a field into the \"Output Document Name\" portion at the top of the mapping. You would just need a field that contains the document name (usually generated by a formula).<\/p>
