来自Smartsheets的Travis为任何有兴趣使用此表的人创建了一个分发链接。当任何付费/授权用户点击链接时，表格的副本将自动添加到他们的帐户中。只要您是付费/授权用户，那么您将拥有该表单。

一些注意事项:
-表格附有一个示例表单，您可以为每个员工定制(我们在每个人的电脑桌面上都有链接到该表单，以便于访问，我们中的一些人在智能手机上也有链接到该表单)
—电子邮件地址所在列必须为“联系人”列。原因是您设置的提醒将基于电子邮件列。我们使用提醒而不是通知，这样员工只会得到他们的批准和/或拒绝。如果你设置了通知，那么每个人都会得到批准和拒绝。
-当审批日期输入后，经理需要在审批栏中注明明天的日期，否则不会向员工发送提醒邮件(邮件将在夜间发送)。
-工作表必须与每个员工共享，以便他们获得通知或提醒
