Hey,

Just starting with Smart Sheet I am looking for anyone who manages a small business with lots of tasks for some tips on better time management

    Hi Jonathan,

    I have a Small Business and also help Small Business owners among others with their businesses.

    I took a look around on your camp pages. Impressive!

    I have many ideas!

    Task management in Smartsheet is really powerful. You could assign tasks to others and setup reminders, notifications and a lot more.

    Another suggestion is to have all the forms (Camper Application, Request Info and others) go into a streamlined process in Smartsheet.

    Maybe you could have different Sights (Dashboards) for the different camp locations with relevant information and more.

    I'd happily work with you and help you with setting up a solution but I need some more information to see what would work best for your particular situation.

Is it set to allow for multiple selections? If so, reports cannot group by that. It depends on your automation settings. If you set it to unrestricted, you can send to an email address in a cell without giving them access to the sheet. That is only for grouping.
