嗨,社区,

我已经启动了一个软件问题跟踪器，到目前为止，我已经找到了显示我想要的信息的方法。当我试图在电子表格的一个字段中显示最新的评论时，我遇到了一个障碍。

我仍然想使用评论线程，以便其他项目干系人可以参考每个问题的通信，但我想参考该线程中的最后一个评论，并将其显示在电子表格的一列中。这将帮助其他用户在不打开评论对话框的情况下获得所有打开的问题和最新评论的一页视图。

    我也希望看到这个功能……我目前正在构建一个保修索赔提交表，并利用行注释记录和更新每个索赔。当我发送一个报告来更新每个涉众时，我必须复制最新的行注释，并将它们粘贴到“Status update”列单元格中，以便最新的更新注释可以包含在报告中。

@Syd<\/a> - okay, I attached a word doc to this comment that explains it step by step. Basically, I have my Google Chrome browser laid out to ask me anytime I download a file, where I want the file saved. Some automatically default it to a certain folder, and sometimes it just is defaulted automatically to a downloads folder... I'd check that as well, or even check the downloads folder to verify. Sometimes, it may download and send it to a folder that you may not know its sending to.<\/p>
