行更新请求收件人删除附件?
我们已经在Smartsheet中建立了员工年度评估流程。虽然我们对存储信息的名册有非常严格的访问权限(仅限人力资源人员)，但我们正在向负责完成评估的主管使用“更新请求”。当Smartsheet管理工作流/过程时，实际的评估工具是附加到该行的一个单独的Excel电子表格。
我们的指示是让主管将文件“保存为”文件到他们的桌面，完成评估，然后重新附加更新的Excel电子表格。
我的问题是:无论如何，主管可以无意中删除附加的文件，从他们的访问通过更新请求?

似乎不是这样。我自己测试了一下，无法删除附件。它只对发送过来的字段进行更新，并显示附件，但不提供删除....的功能只能上传一个新的文档。
