我正在使用智能表格进行项目规划。
每个计划都有数百个任务。这些任务中大约有10个是我称之为“关键里程碑/可交付成果”的任务。
我用另一个系统(Salesforce)来显示我的每个项目的状态(任务、问题、风险、预算、下一步、成就等等)的图形化表示时间轴）.我们把它归类为一个仪表盘，这些仪表盘在我们办公室的许多电视上循环播放我们的每个开放项目。的时间轴我们使用的是从另一个系统生成的数据，我的目标是用智能表计划中的“关键里程碑/可交付成果”取代它。

拉斯，试试报告功能。报表使您能够根据指定的条件从多个工作表中拉入行，并且您可以选择仅包括您想要看到的列。这意味着，您可以在所有工作表(或仅指定的工作表)上运行一个报告，它将显示具有关键里程碑或可交付的所有行(这些需要在工作表中定义，以便报表可以找到它们)，并且您可以选择仅包括任务标题、状态和结束日期列。
与工作表一样，您可以将报告导出到Excel、PDF或Google工作表

The issue is it doesn't know whether to check the box or not check the box because there are multiple ORD0241 on the Request sheet and one is checked and one is not checked. If I am understanding correctly you want the box checked if any of the ORD0241 are checked on the request sheet. If that is correct you would need to use a countifs formula with an If formula<\/p>
