我的客户正在为他们的自定义工作车间实现SmartSheet。我想引入一个容量模型，以便他们可以更好地规划他们的工作负载。

首先，在客户端拥有的任何工作表上，您都需要确保启用了资源管理。这可以通过单击列的下拉箭头，选择“编辑项目设置”，然后单击对话框左侧的资源管理来完成。
其次，用户管理中的所有用户都绑定了电子邮件地址。当将一行分配给某人或资源时，请确保您不只是输入名称并称之为“好”。你需要确保这封邮件是和这个名字联系在一起的。一旦你正确地输入某人的名字和他们的电子邮件地址，之后它会自动为你做。
然后，在您的主页选项卡上，在您可能拥有的任何工作表文件夹或工作区下面将是资源视图。默认情况下，可能有一个“所有用户”视图。你可以使用视图并设置你想要的日期范围，否则你可以选择创建任何你想要显示任何资源的新视图。欧宝体育app官方888这些资源视图也可以导出到excel，否则只能从home选项卡查看它们。

如果您在人们成为系统中的用户之前为他们分配任务，那么他们将进入您的个人(本地)联系人列表。系统认为有两个人。
为了找到他们，创建一个报告，在“Who?”选项中，具有有效用户的人员将只显示其姓名(“Bob Example”)。您的个人联系人列表中的联系人将在他们周围加上单引号(“'Bob Example'”)。
我选择两者，然后使用报告将好名字复制/粘贴到坏名字上。很快，“Bob Example”将不再是报告的选项，您可以删除个人联系人。

The issue is it doesn't know whether to check the box or not check the box because there are multiple ORD0241 on the Request sheet and one is checked and one is not checked. If I am understanding correctly you want the box checked if any of the ORD0241 are checked on the request sheet. If that is correct you would need to use a countifs formula with an If formula<\/p>
