当他们发现自己需要帮助时，他们在哪里?

他们离开电脑了吗?平板电脑还是智能手机?
根据我的经验，如果事情很难，或者需要在“办公室”完成，你将失去80%的反馈，因为它永远不会被写下来。

如果是这样，你可能要做的就是在他们联系你的时候和他们沟通，让他们知道这个表单。
但即使你告诉了他们，你也必须得到他们访问你网站的方法的网址，等等。如果你不能把它放在网页上，电子邮件或文本可能是你最好的解决办法，因为webform URL不是一个容易记住的地址。

我会选择在客户门户网站或你的主要公司网站上作为标准的网页，也许是一个营销活动，让人们到相关的页面和信息。
如果使用电子邮件，那么如果它是营销活动的一部分，可能会起作用，或者您可以将链接作为您邮件中签名块的一部分。

让我们假设每个职位平均有10个应用程序通过了最初的筛选。多一点，少一点，10就可以了。

3个月来填补空缺。
