Permissions have changed for an administrator
Hi,
There is an administrator for one of the sheets we have who can no longer delete or modify columns (its now greyed out) The only change that has recently been implemented was that another individual was also given administrator rights to the sheet so they now both show as admins when I look at the permissions for the sheet.... is this the reason for the issue? We have an advanced plan.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

JamesR ✭✭✭✭✭✭It would indicate that the original Admin is not a paid up licence holder.

Travis EmployeeThere are certain functions only a paid Admin can take in a sheet. For example, free Admins cannot make structural changes in sheets, such as adding or removing columns or changing column types. The article JamesR linked can give you more information on permission levels of free vs paid (licensed) admins.

How many licensed users does a Team account have?

Mara, the number of licensed users on a Team account will vary based on your plan but start at 3 licenses. If you want more information about upgrading to a Team plan, contact the Sales team at[email protected]
