附件和讨论的背景颜色
我最近提交了一个功能请求，我很好奇其他人是否也会喜欢它。
原因我正在努力提高我的同事对新功能的采用。我相信这个功能会增加附件和评论的可见度和知名度。
请求:我希望能够使用条件格式更改附件和注释列的背景颜色。
只要一个简单的1,0就可以了。
1 =至少有1个附件
0 =有0个附件
观察附件和评论的背景颜色可以通过“高亮更改”来改变，所以这个功能已经以另一种形式存在了。
条件格式用例1-一般意识
如果Attachments不为空，则将此格式(黄色)应用于Attachments列。
条件格式用例2-所需附件
如果Column1为Checked并且Attachments为空，则将此格式(红色)应用于Attachments列。
