Hyperlink from Sheet clickable in Metric Widget on Dashboard
We are having people create a hyperlink in a cell on a sheet to a word document saved on our O365 sharepoint. I want this link to then be available on the dashboard. I currently have the cell linked in the Metric Wizard, but when viewing the dashboard, the link is broken and only the words are there. The users are not able to edit the dashboard and this is the only place they can add the hyperlink. Those viewing the dashboard need to be able to access the links. I am an admin myself and cannot get it to function, let alone those with viewer rights.

There currently isn't a way to retain a hyperlink within the Metric Widget . When you have a moment, submit aProduct Enhancement Requestto let our Product team know that you'd like to have this functionality in Smartsheet.
As a possible solution, you could create a "Web Content" widget, and enter the Sheet URL, this will show the Sheet on your Dashboard and allow you to click the hyperlinks within the Sheet.

When you are setting up your mapping, you can drag and drop a field into the \"Output Document Name\" portion at the top of the mapping. You would just need a field that contains the document name (usually generated by a formula).<\/p>
