Moving Row Automation - Not Working?

Hi there,

I was super excited to see some of the new features that were released this week, specifically the automation to move rows!!! I set up the workflow automation according to the SOP from Smartsheet, but it is not working (at all). Not one line has moved yet... any suggestions/advice as to why?

Thank you, appreciate any insight as to why this isn't working for us!

It depends on your automation settings. If you set it to unrestricted, you can send to an email address in a cell without giving them access to the sheet. The items listed on the left hand side are the actions<\/em> that trigger<\/strong> the workflow. Then the boxes indicate where you want those notifications to be displayed. Messaging Apps<\/strong> is associated with Teams. <\/p>

There are 2 ways to receive alerts in Teams: through the Smartsheet Bot (direct notifications) or to a Channel (defined in a workflow). <\/p>

If your users don't want to receive other notifications in Teams, they can uninstall the Smartsheet Bot, see: Microsoft Teams Integration: Uninstall the Smartsheet Bot<\/a><\/p>

In your workflow you've chosen a channel, <\/em>so even if they have the Bot uninstalled, they should still receive your message in the channel as it's not a direct message specifically to them. Does that make sense? <\/p>

Is it set to allow for multiple selections? If so, reports cannot group by that.
