We currently have multiple workspaces for each individual job that we do. Each job will have its own Metrics sheet that brings data from the other sheets for progress. As new jobs come in, new workspaces are created.
I am looking for a way to be able to create a high level Metrics sheet that can look at all the individual Metric sheets on each job.
I can certainly create one and manually link the data but I'm looking for a way that I can create a more automated one where it can look at existing ones and as well as everytime a new job is created.
I know this might be a long shot but is worth a try.
Is it set to allow for multiple selections? If so, reports cannot group by that. It depends on your automation settings. If you set it to unrestricted, you can send to an email address in a cell without giving them access to the sheet.
