我的组织正在寻找主办一个组织范围内的日历，排序，过滤和颜色编码功能。日历应用程序能达到这个目的吗?日历可以在outlook中链接/查看吗?两个表单可以馈送到一个日历吗?其他人可以在不登录智能表的情况下查看日历吗?

It depends on your automation settings. If you set it to unrestricted, you can send to an email address in a cell without giving them access to the sheet.
