Hi everyone,

I have built a sheet in smartsheet to track supplier performance.

When there is an issue with their performance, I am wanting to send the supplier a update request in order for them to provide corrective action for problems and it to be written directly into the sheet.

This works great but to provide context to the recipient I was hoping to include various columns but I really only wanted the recipient to be able to update the corrective action feild.

So in essence I want to be able to send an update request but control which feilds the recipient can edit.

You can lock any fields that you do not want an Editer to be able to edit. If the field column or row is locked, only the Sheet Owner can update.

I haven't seen this possible without the use of a 3rd party integration. I don't believe it is supported natively in Smartsheet. The question comes up all the time though. <\/p>

Current options are only to take screenshot or print the dashboard as a PDF or to One Note. However, there already is a planned enhancement in the roadmap to send the dashboard snapshot via a scheduled email (similar to reports).
