我们想要跟踪有多少简历被分享，同时能够一目了然地看到个人的简历被分享给了哪些组织。我有一个大的数据库类型表，每一行代表一个不同的人，所以理想情况下，它应该作为一个列内置到其中，但我知道这可能无法实现。
