Dashboards activity logs not showing other user activity

Team,

我ave multiple workspaces along with my coworkers. In one workspace, I have multiple dashboards. These dashboards are only showing my activity (I'm the owner) for views, updating, or downloads. Many other dashboards that I own in other work spaces are working properly showing dashboard views. I have also opened a ticket with Smartsheet but didn't get reported issue answer (different answer for a different question was provided). Still awaiting response for the original question/issue. Has anyone had issues like this and able to resolve themselves? Activity log not updating? I do notice some sheets in the workspace show views but not these dashboards which are being viewed but not logging.

    It appears that the issue was fixed over the evening or early this morning. I am now seeing viewing activity work with the Dashboards once again. It did not populate the missing activity between 4/19 and 4/25 but it is now correctly looking viewing activity on the dashboards this morning

    I know several users that are licensed and non-licensed users that have accessed via laptop while I am on the screen sharing with them. As I mentioned, some other workspaces that I own are capturing the views. I even have a couple of sheets in this workspace that are capturing activity views. I would guess there is nothing that I can do to influence whether these logs are updating or not. Otherwise, I'll leave the case open or reopen it if it is closed without resolution.

    One Good Capture shows another user viewing. The not working shows only myself though many others viewing. I also notice all viewing activity stops on 4/18 (for the not working) and 4/19 for the Good capture even though viewing continued during this time. Thanks for the feedback. It's important to know how often your users are viewing and using the information. I've played with the filters on the activity log with no help.

    Mostly the users are View access. Sent URL view email. Another user is also an admin (I'm the owner) and her info is also not showing up. As I mentioned, I was screen sharing and saw their viewing of the pages. I have another few sheets in the workspace (not dashboards) that are logging some page views properly so it doesn't appear to be all files in the workspace but all dashboards are seeing this problem.

    I am experiencing the exact same issue, and it started on the same date - April 19. Based on that, I suspect this issue was related to something at Smartsheet rather than individual configurations.

    Here is my situation. I have a very popular dashboard that is viewed via URL by licensed and unlicensed users. Most of them have View only privileges. Prior to April 19, I would see up to 50 visits a day to this dashboard - now I do not see any.

    Similar to your situation, other Smartsheet objects still show all activity - as far as I know, my issue is restricted to a single dashboard.

    I was able to get on a Zoom call with Support after a couple of ticket updates. The individual was very helpful documenting my issue and was able to reproduce the same issue seeing no further activity on his own Dashboards after 4/19. The ticket has been escalated to senior resources. Note: I am seeing view activity, etc. on other sheets but just not on the dashboards. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

One thing to make it easier for you to add the name is to have a helper column in the source sheet with a formula to identify duplicates.
