Is there a way to filter a sheet based on the color of a cell in a particular column? So, for example, I set up conditional formatting such that when an item is overdue, a particular cell turns red. I would then like to filter the sheet such that only the items with that cell as red are shown.
I'm trying to go a bit above and beyond, using SmartSheets to track the status of multiple projects across multiple teams. Currently, we have links to multiple sheets (one for each team) and they manually go in, add a new column per week, and fill it in with a bunch of text explaining the status of that project this week.…
Hi - Our agency has a formal record retention policy that lists over 100 types of records that we store or have digitized in-house. Question to answer/example: If the documents for Site A fall under Record category 1, they should be destroyed on 1/1/11, which is 100 days following the trigger date. I was able to create the…
Hi, Is it possible to create a complex dependency such that a task's status is derived from it's sub-tasks' status. i.e: Status Task AVG(ST1-4) ST1 R ST2 G ST3 G ST4 Y That way we could avoid manually updating task's status manually and also connect it between sheets. Thanks
Hi All, I am having the hardest time trying to figure out how to keep the top column of my sheet as a header column. Is there anyway to accomplish this in Smart sheets. I have created the form and a web form for users to add data but I want the data entries to post on the sheet under the header. I'm hoping someone can let…
Is it possible to make a parent row a milestone as well?
My current understanding of reports is that each row replicates the formatting from whatever sheet it pulls from. Is it possible to create conditional formatting rules within the report itself?
Is there a way to have one column populate data based on information put in a second column? For example, I have 2 columns "% Complete" and "Task Status" I would like that if the % Complete is at o% the Task Status would auto-populate to say "Not Started". And if the % Complete is 100% the Task Status would automatically…
这是我的挑战。I would like to create a formula in a template based on a row's Task Name (Task Name is a column), not the actual Row Number. The Row Number for this Task Name may change from proejct to project so I cannot reference the Row Number. The formula is pretty simple. I have a Completion Date column and a…
Is there any way to set recurring monthly reminders for each row for content which doesn't get updated? I am doing up a rental collection sheet, and need to set reminder for the person in charge on a monthly basis. Thank you.
