ENGAGE 2022
Update: Health and Safety
Throughout the pandemic, we’ve followed CDC guidance and local requirements to inform Smartsheet policies and guidelines to best protect our community. The CDC has recently updated their recommendations for living in a world with COVID-19, prompting us to do the same. They are now guiding that those exposed to the virus are no longer required to quarantine and unvaccinated people now have the same guidance as vaccinated people.
As such, we are amending Smartsheet’s current COVID-19 vaccination policy for ENGAGE being held Sept. 19-22, 2022 to maintain consistency with CDC guidance.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Proof of vaccination will no longer be required for all attendees at ENGAGE 2022.
- Continue to consult your local public health guidance. Public health bodies such as the CDC will have the best, mostup-to-date informationfor you in terms of COVID-19 community levels and the recommended steps to take to keep yourself safe.
- Please continue to stay home if you’re not feeling well. The health and safety of all of our attendees is a top priority for us — please use best judgment informed by CDC guidance linked above to decide if you should avoid attending in person.

No, this shift currently does not require the need for testing protocols or reporting (unless otherwise required by a government regulation).
