Use this element

To do this

Heading/Description

Create structure to your form by labeling sections. Heading text is larger than the question titles and description text.
TIP: If you want to display a text section with the smaller description text layout, leave the Header text blank and add description text only.

Divider

Create structure and better organize your form by including a horizontal gray divider.

Attachment

Enables the form submitter to upload attachments to the form (up to 30 MB per file, 10 files per form submission).

NOTE: Only one attachment field can be added to your form, and the attachments are added to the row attachment on your sheet.
