使用工作表摘要解决方案,模板也更容易。我非常喜欢有一个模板,配置几个字段,然后在几分钟内完成项目。我只是复制预配置的模板并根据需要进行修改。有了实施后调查,这是轻而易举的事情。

那么,从“最佳实践”的角度来看,我应该怎么做呢?在Sheet Summary中包含所有这些数据是否会减慢页面加载速度,还是我在使用它们时遗漏了什么?我认为这可能是理想的解决方案,当我没有引用其他表,但我是新的Smartsheet,并希望专家的意见之前,我对我的模板进行更改。

    只使用Sheet Summary字段应该没问题,但如果最终有一堆字段,管理起来可能会很困难。


    我个人喜欢使用一个(或多个)单独的表格来收集我的指标和仪表板上的东西。它在创建时提供了更大的灵活性、更好的可扩展性、更容易的管理和可见性等。


    但是在一天结束的时候……如果你不使用控制中心,这就取决于你的个人喜好。
