How do I link data in my Marketing Shared Services dashboard?
I'm new to the platform (love it!) and deploying it to my University marketing team. I quickly jumped into Template Sets - Marketing Shared Services. Now I'm stumped, even after many videos. :)
How do I create a formula in the "Shared Services Metrics (do not edit)" to pull correct data from "Shared Services Request Tracker" sheet? The dashboard widgets "Request by Type" and "Request by Team" are not reporting. I'm sure they need to be properly linked but not sure where I 'broke' it. My customization edits included changing the Department column and Type column lists.

Hi Eve! You'll need to create cross sheet references and cross sheet formulas to pull that data in from your other sheet. I recorded a video on it awhile back:https://youtu.be/_vMuSLpOZ_g
