Does anyone know why a link to an attachment would expire in 14 days instead of 30?
We have created automation to generate a document based on a submitted request. Automation then sends an email with link to our case queue to be parsed out to the appropriate people. Everything I can find on attachment links indicates they expire in 30 days or when accessed 100 times.
Our attachment links expired in 14 days. Does anyone know how we can prevent this from happening? They have not been accessed at all.

I would go back through your automation and make sure some setting hasn't been changed. If you don't see anything out of place there, I would check the logs of your sheet to see if you see anything there. If nothing looks off there, submit a ticket to support. That is your best course of action in this situation.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now (if you mean that the Query should be included in the URL to Dashboard, it's only possible in the URL to the form), but it's an excellent idea!<\/p>
