我终于弄清楚了如何在Smartsheet中集成Docusign和生成的PDF合同。现在我遇到了一个问题，第二个签署人是可选的。通常，我们只需要一个人在合同上签名，但有时，有一个共同申请人也可以签名。当Smartsheet在指定列中找不到共同申请人的姓名或电子邮件时，它根本不会生成合同以供签名。我更喜欢Smartsheet将文件发送给第一个签署人签名，如果没有列出第二个签署人，就绕过并发送。

由于Smartsheet已经增加了通过自动化发送docussigns的功能，我还没有测试过，但也许可以试试....您是否可以创建一个带有检查您是否需要一个或两个签名的条件的自动化，然后让自动化根据自动化所采用的分支选择适当的模板/DocuSign映射?
