你好,

是否可以在已发表的文章中隐藏评论报告？我看到这是发布a时的一个选项床单作为“只读- HTML”，但这个选项似乎不可用于发布一个报告。在我们的主工作表中有一些注释，我们不希望在发布的报告中看到这些注释。


我知道我可以在报告中隐藏评论列，这也会在已发布的报告中隐藏它，但是有人仍然可以通过单击某一行，然后单击“Conversations”图标来查看已发布报告中的评论。


但是，我确实看到将报告添加到指示板删除了注释之类的东西——但界面有点笨拙。这是一种可行的方法吗?通过小部件将报表添加到仪表板，然后发布仪表板?如果我这样做，用户是否需要访问报告才能在发布的仪表板中看到它?

If you open the attachments using the icon on the right and you have appropriate level of rights to do this, you can download all. I don't know if there is a size or quantity limit.<\/p>
