Proofs disappearing in some rows when transferred to another sheet
We have automation set up where when a task has been marked complete, it moves to another smartsheet for complete tasks. This helps keep our open tasks smartsheet uncluttered.
I just noticed that some of our rows that have moved sheets have lost their all of their proofs. Based on complete dates, it looks like the issue goes back to mid-October. Some rows have transferred with proofs in tact, while others have lost them completely.
This is vital information that we have lost. Please provide support for us.

Ben Goldblatt EmployeeI can see that you've already reached out to the Support Team regarding this issue and they will be your best resource in troubleshooting this to see why proofs may be getting lost in transition during the move row process.

Was this corrected? I have the same issue. I am trying to copy rows with proofs to another sheet and the proofs are not moving over.

Genevieve P. Employee AdminIf you're manually copying rows, during the copy process you can select whether or not you want Proofs to move over with the copied row. The default is unselected so you'll need to choose to include proofs from the pop-up Copy window:

@Genevieve P.Is there a way to recover proofs that were lost during a move between sheets? I didn't realize there was a checkbox and moved about 2k sheets from 6 separate in to 1.

If you had recurring backups set up for these sheets then the Proof asset (the attachment) would be included as part of those files. Otherwise, no, there isn't a way to recover a deleted proof from within the application.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now (if you mean that the Query should be included in the URL to Dashboard, it's only possible in the URL to the form), but it's an excellent idea!<\/p>
