SUM of Only Parents in Budget Sheet

你好!我创建了一个表和预算sub items. I figured out how to SUM the Children under a Parent line but what is the simplest way to SUM only the Parents for a Total that does not include both Children and Parents? Thank yo!

If your budget hierarchy has the top level node as the name of the budget/project then you apply the exact same logic to the column at the top level node. Use the same formula =SUM(CHILDREN()), it will only calculate the SUM of only its immediate children.

With the symbols you are using, the options would typically be represented by the text entries [Empty, Quarter, Half, Three Quarter, Full]. In this case, this should work:<\/p>

  If you have a unique ID (like ticket number) that is in both sheets, you could use DataMesh if you have access to that or cross sheet formulas to pull in the data you want based on the matching unique ID.<\/p>
