IF Formula with Multiple Choice
Hello!
I want to build an IF formula into columns when the multiple boxes has selected the right department.
IF the Authorizer is marketing and finance, the emails would automatically populate in marketing and finance column. Not sure if this can be done.
Would appreciate your help greatly!! Thank you very much.

I hope you're well and safe!
Are the email addresses always the same?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Happy to help!
You could add a Workflow combined with the Assign People Action to add the contact when the correct options are selected.
Would that work/help?

I have used workflows and there are close to 10 divisions and that would be 10 different workflows.
I was exploring if there is a formula that could be used to merge them.

Aha! That's why I asked if they always were the same.
You would either need to add a multiple IF formula that checks one by one or add a directory in the same or another sheet to collect the correct contact.
Make sense?
Would any of those options work/help?

I am sorry, i dont understand.
so currently I have the following formula in each column.
=IF([email protected]= "Marketing", "[email protected]")
=IF([email protected]= "Finance", "[email protected]")
=IF([email protected]= "Catering", "[email protected]")
But in my authorizer column, if I select more than one division, the formula doesn't work.

Ok, I see. You need to replace it with the HAS function instead.
Did that work?
